In our journey to find recipes to cook we find a lot of cultural appropriation in food. Are the dishes we find in the supermarket or in restaurants the original? Or are they just copied or stolen? This online exhibition shows the original recipes described in a virtual cookbook through research that contains visuals and text.

Most of the recipes I used for the exhibition are from the cookbook Albert Heijn Allerhande.

The project is still ongoing and will be a physical book with an archive about cultural appropriation in food.
